During the event, the participants spread their love and exercise their passion for cultures and languages, share tips and experiences, and most importantly use and practice many languages to discuss, listen, learn, and socialize with one another. Exploring the Czech language in Prague is a rewarding experience. While mastering strč prst skrz krk may not be a daily necessity, even everyday words like čtvrtek (Thursday) and zmrzlina (ice cream) might be quite challenging! Learning Czech opens doors to authentic interactions, cultural insights, and a deeper connection with the vibrant atmosphere of Prague.

Bu etkinliğin organizatörleri kimlerdir?

Etkinliğin kurucuları ve 2014-2016 senelerindeki ilk üç edisyonun ana organizatörleri Judith Meyer, Chuck Smith ve Martin Sawitzki idi. Daha sonra Polyglot Gathering Berlin, Almanya'dan Bratislava, Slovakya'ya taşındı ve o zamandan beri kar amacı gütmeyen bir kuruluş olan 'Education@Internet (E@I) tarafından, ana organizatör Peter Baláž ile birlikte bu kuruluşun kendini adamış polyglot ve organizatörlerin bulunduğu takım tarafından etkinlik organize ediliyor.

Education@Internet (E@I), 1999'da aktif hale gelmiş çevrimiçi projeler yürüten uluslararası bir ekiptir. E@I ekibin uzmanlığına dayanarak yasal olarak 2005 yılında siyasi açıdan tarafsız ve bir sivil toplum gençlik kuruluşu olarak kurulmuştur.

E@I’nin vizyonu uyum ve barış içinde tüm vatandaşların dünya çapında kolaylıkla ve hızla iletişim kurabildiği bir dünya görüşüdür.

Bu kuruluşun faaliyetleri bu vizyon doğrultusunda ve uluslararası bir gönüllü grubunun yardımıyla yürütülmektedir. Bu faaliyetler, engelsiz uluslararası iletişimin önemini ve faydasını yayan projeleri organize etmeyi ve desteklemeyi içerir.
